From November 17 to 21, Sinochem Holdings’ non-executive directors — Hu Jianhua, Ling Yiqun, and Zheng Wenmin — visited Switzerland and France to conduct on-site inspections of Syngenta Group, Adisseo, and Elkem.

In Switzerland, they visited Syngenta Group’s operational headquarters, the Monthey production site, and the Stein global crop protection R&D center. The non-executive directors expressed that Elkem will continue to strengthen its innovation capabilities, enhance its innovation system, and accelerate the commercialization of R&D outcomes. Leveraging both domestic and international markets, it will seek business opportunities through balance of trade and aim to build a competitive value chain in the materials science sector.
